# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally 10 minutes which is a lifesaver when you remember at 9pm that you promised treats for the next day
  • The combination of textures and flavors makes it absolutely impossible to stop at just one handful
02 -
  • Melting white chocolate in the microwave requires 30 second intervals with stirring in between or you will end up with grainy seized chocolate that cannot be saved
  • Work quickly once you pour the chocolate because it starts setting up faster than you expect especially if your kitchen is on the cooler side
03 -
  • Room temperature ingredients work best so the chocolate doesnt seize when it hits anything cold
  • Keep some extra white chocolate melted on hand in case you need to drizzle more to get everything perfectly coated
