# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It turns what most people consider a weed into something genuinely comforting and nourishing
  • The earthy, gentle flavor feels like drinking a quiet moment in a meadow
  • You can make it entirely from free ingredients growing right outside your door
02 -
  • Only harvest from areas you know havent been treated with chemicals or pesticides
  • Leaves add a slightly bitter, green taste while petals contribute more floral sweetness
  • The longer you steep, the more pronounced the earthy notes become
03 -
  • Use a glass or ceramic teapot rather than metal to avoid any metallic aftertaste
  • If the flavor seems too intense on your first try, mix in some chamomile to mellow it out
